Sarisoy Döner was designed as a contemporary restaurant concept that reinterprets traditional dining culture through a modern architectural language.

The design combines natural greenery, clean geometric forms, and a refined material palette of stone, metal, and wood. Open kitchen visibility and carefully integrated lighting elements enhance transparency while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

The spatial organization was developed to maximize comfort, circulation, and operational efficiency, resulting in a dining experience that feels both sophisticated and approachable.
